An effective Safety Policy is an integral part of any company or organisation.

A company’s Employees and Contractors are one of, if not it’s most prized asset,

an asset that should be taken care of and groomed to grow for the betterment of

the company and the individual.

To stretch and grow as a company takes good training leadership teamwork trust

and good morale.

To aid us in the growth and safety process, Franz Telco Solutions are dedicated to

complying with all Legal Regulations to uphold legal requirements and to boast the

morale of all employees who whilst in the companies employment will know that

their safety, training and retraining is a priority.

Our Safety Policy starts from day one.

Pre Employment

We have a rigorous Pre-Employment screening program which includes the following:

1. Pre-Employment Safety Induction (By Safety Manager)

2. Pre-Employment Workers Regulations and Guidelines Booklet (By Safety Manager)

3 . Screening of Tickets/Accreditations (By Safety Manager)

4. Reference checks/for Work and Safety recommendation (By Safety Manager)

5. Recommendations by an employee currently working with us at Franz Telco

Solutions not just for his work ethic but safety (By Safety Manager)

6. Pre-Employment Practical and Written Assessment for the position applied for

(By Safety Manager)

7. Pre work interview (By Safety Manager)

8. Offer of employment and start of the six weeks trial period.

Once you’re in the door you will have:

Six week Trial Period

1. The individual will be taken through Safety process and documentation on site

SWMS, Tool Box Meetings etc.

2. Site based safety training 1 day where you will be assessed and then

re-trained on safety.

3. After this day the individual will have six weeks of ongoing training and

assessments all going well the individual will become an employee.

Like anything, progress and change are inevitable, the Clients that we have, like

us take Safety and the laws and regulations seriously we ensure that we keep up

with all changes in regulation and upgrades in equipment.
